I really appreciate the professional behavior that I received from the manager Fernando. This time was a great visit. I generally drive out of my way to go to this one because the food is generally fresh and not all burned up and dried out. So thank you for making a not so good day for me into a great day. ”

“ Luv Pollo Loco. The food is good I think its one of the healthier food places you can drive through. The people at drive through and inside are very nice. Removed a star for service only because if you didnt check your bag at drive through sometimes an item may be missing. Not really blaming it on workers I know they work hard sometimes these things happen when its busy. ”

I sit sometimes inside to eat my food and these people let their kids get the salsa or they get it themselves and drop the salsa all over the bar and floor then turn around and complain about the mess they made. Get some manners people, take the food home and dirty your house. Im so tired of seeing bad reviews for simple things. I enjoy their food, if you dont like the inside then go through drive thru........ ”

“ I went in Tuesday May 28 and experienced some unpleasant events regarding a cashier who uses glasses and had black hair I think her name was either Liz or Lindsey , she was acting crazy , screaming and slamming doors so unprofessional like shes a little kid , how can my family and I enjoy our meal with her screaming like shes crazy scarring my kids. ”
